What if I need to change my order?

Once an order has been confirmed and paid for there is no way to change the order online. Instead, send us an email letting us know what changes are required. Alternatively, call us on 8761 6815 (Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm).
So long as you provide us with  more than 24 hours notice then we can make the required changes at no cost to you.  
However, in the event you provide us with less than 24 hours notice a re-stocking fee of $60 may apply. 

How do I change a delivery booking?

Once a delivery booking has been paid for and confirmed there is no way to change a booking online. To make a change to the booking date or time or delivery address please email us with the required changes. Changes to delivery address incurr no addtional cost so long as the delivery zone remains the same. 

How will I know when my order is due to arrive on site?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we confirm the despatch of your order via text message or phone call. When our truck is within 15 minutes of your delivery address we then send you a second text message or phone call informing you of the truck's location.

What do I do if I have over-ordered?

If you have products left-over at the end of your job you will have to find a way to use them on your next retaining wall.

Do I have to be on site to take receipt of my delivery?

Of course, we always prefer for somebody to be at the delivery address but we understand this isn't always possible. In the event that no one is on site to sign for the delivery, the driver will use his / her discretion in terms of a safe, practicable place to unload your order. The driver will also photograph the delivery to confirm that everything has been delivered -  a copy of which will then be sent to your phone.

What is the minimum purchase I can make with SleepersDirect?

The smallest order we can accept is $400 incl. GST (excludes delivery fee).
