I'd like to give a big shout out to Brett, who delivered over 50 sleepers to my house. I have a long a steep driveway. My expectation was that the sleepers would be delivered to the parking space at the top of the driveway, and that I'd have to bring them down to where I intend to use them. When I got home I found the sleepers neatly and thoughtfully placed down the drive. Brett's considerate effort to do more that would normally be expected is greatly appreciated.

We have now used SleepersDirect twice and the service both times has been fantastic The second time I’d go as far to say outstanding!

Yesterday afternoon we went online to make a second small order. When checking out we couldn’t select the deliver service so we rang to check if this was possible and you advised us that there was a minimum order for delivery and why, which was all completely understandable. 

However, you then went out of your way to arrange delivery for us, for the same price as your own service with another courier. This was fantastic for us as we don’t have a vehicle able to carry the items we purchased. Further, the items have arrived this morning, before 8am!

As I’ve said, I find this to be outstanding service. And the quality of the product has been equally good – both times. 

I’d have no hesitation on recommending SleepersDirect. You have a fantastic ordering service on-line and fantastic service on the phone. We’ve not experienced SleepersDirect on-site, but I can only imagine the same level of service is present there too.

Hi Guys,

Great service from your driver Jamie today who unloaded about 500kg of sleepers by himself and stacked them neatly in my driveway so as he didn't do any damage to the concrete. He even SMS'd me a picture of everything to make sure I was happy (as I wasn't home). Great communication and service, well done.
